Susie’s Field Social Housing Scheme, Cork City
This was a new social and affordable housing development by Cork City Council in a greenfield site in Cork City. This development consisted of 105 new Social and Affordable Units and a Crèche Facility for Cork City Council.

Matt O’Mahony & Associates Ltd. provided mechanical, electrical, transportation, and security services specification & design services – as well as construction co-ordination and monitoring services for the project.
