Newgrove Housing Association/Rehabcare Residential Unit – Sexton St., Limerick
This project involved the development of a 0.38-hectare site in Limerick city centre to provide a terrace of 22 residential units comprising 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, studio apartments and 2 houses and a three storey 947 sq metre resource centre. The housing units incorporate fully accessible assisted living accommodation (with door, window, kitchen counter and wc automation) as well as fully supported independent living units, along with a number of respite-care, and care-home units.
Project Details
Our role involved the provision of Mechanical, Electrical, Transportation, and Security Services specification & design services – as well construction co-ordination and monitoring services for the project – on behalf of Newgrove Housing Association / Rehabcare.
