Padre Pio Care Home, Churchtown, Co. Cork

This project involved the construction of a 12-bed extension to the existing retirement home. Works were carried out in a ‘live healthcare campus environment’ – the facility remained fully operational throughout the course of the works.

Our role involved the provision of complete mechanical and electrical services installation specification & design services – as well as construction co-ordination and monitoring services for extension – onto the Home.

Specialist design services included Therapy Baths, Hoisting Equipment, Patient Alarm Systems etc.
