This project involved the construction of 1 no. existing housing unit, 28 no. infill housing units, 4 no. Community Centres, 21 no. sheltered housing units, Doctor’s Surgery, Credit Union, City Council Offices and Senior Citizens Centre.
Project Details
Our role involved the provision of mechanical, electrical, transportation, and security services specification & design services. Existing housing units were occupied throughout the course of refurbishment, and housing units adjacent to the new ‘infill units’ were fully occupied throughout the course of construction.
