Bank of Ireland, 125 O’Connell Street, Limerick
Bank of Ireland carried out a full refurbishment and upgrade project on its Area West Headquarters premises at 125 O’Connell Street, Limerick.
The entire electrical infrastructure throughout the premises was refurbished and upgraded.
This included lighting, general services, data and telecommunications, infrastructure, etc. from a mechanical perspective, a complete upgrade/replacement of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installation was carried out, along with an upgrade of the domestic hot and cold water services.
The HVAC installation comprised a central Air Handling Unit – providing tempered air to all spaces with local temperature control effected by individual space conditioning units.
Our role involved the provision of complete mechanical and electrical services to existing / working premises for Bank of Ireland including upgrade of the data installation for the Comms room in the premises which served all of Bank of Ireland branches in the area.
